Refund Policy

We want to make public our policy on refunds so that there is no confusion.

All our subscriptions are final and no refunds will be given.

Since yoonique[.]net is offering non-tangible goods and forum access, we do not issue refunds after a subscription is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon subscribing at our site.

For example, we do not issue refunds if:

  • You find a bug
  • You expect translations
  • You just change your mind
  • You choose not to use our product
  • You did not get the answer you expected in our support forum
  • You find that our product doesn't suit your needs (e.g. missing feature)

Having said that, we really believe that you won't be disappointed. Our extensions have been downloaded and tested thousands of times and so far we have received very good feedback and no user has requested a refund. Please ask any pre-sales questions via our live chat.

However, if you are not satisfied with our products please let us know, we want to know why.

Please also keep in mind that our subscriptions are priced very moderately and include more than one extension/plugin.
